Introduction: Addison’s disease is a rare disorder, described mainly in isolated cases. The two most common cause of primary adrenal insufficiency are autoimmune adrenalitis and adrenal tuberculosis, which is still the primary cause of primary adrenal insufficiency (PAI) in developing countries.
